Some 47% of smartphone job seekers had trouble accessing job-related content because it was not displayed correctly on their phone, and a similar 47% had trouble reading the text on a job listing because it was not designed for mobile devices. Even with the number of smartphone owners who are using their phones for different aspects of the job search process, the experience of navigating this process on a smaller screen without a dedicated keyboard may prove to be challenging for many users.
